The Purchasing Professional will be responsible for managing the purchase orders by planning material requirements utilizing the updated system as well as executing any required plans. They are also responsible for performing follow-ups on purchasing orders sent to external suppliers.

General Responsibilities
• Key participant in the maintenance of updated purchase records
• Collaborates on making purchases of urgent materials and/or transportation service for materials or products inside the city or to other locations
• Key participant in the tracking and recording of functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• Collaborates interviews of sales representatives and researches companies to develop new sources of supplies and secure favorable terms for the company

Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, and other analytics platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across procurement systems, master data, and supplier databases.
• Support new Procurement tools and software deployment and internal development activities
• Lead data collection, cleansing, validation, and transformation activities from ERP, P2P, CLM, and supplier management systems.
• Monitor procurement performance metrics such as savings, PPV, spend under management, supplier performance, compliance, and forecast attainment.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, data standardization, and advanced analytics to enhance procurement efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.
