Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, primary responsibility of this role is to develop, enhance, and support Full Stack Web Applications in the Full Stack Web Development Chapter (IT Engineering Chapter Area) of Three Ireland. The specific assignment will be in the Fusion Squad, supporting and developing the organisation s agent desktop application.
The role works across the full stack, building high-quality features, integrations, and platform improvements using React, Laravel, relational databases, DevOps practices, and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
The focus is on delivering reliable, maintainable, secure, and well-structured software that supports operational efficiency and a strong agent user experience


Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and support the Fusion agent desktop application.
Deliver new features, integrations, workflow improvements, and platform enhancements.
Build and maintain React front-end components and Laravel back-end services/APIs.
Troubleshoot production issues across the UI, API, database, integration, and infrastructure layers.
Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and release planning.
Maintain application quality, performance, security, stability, and supportability.
Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, deployment, logging, monitoring, and operational improvements.
Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity, documentation, testing, refactoring, and code quality.
