Job Description
We are looking for a positive team player who is professional and can manage confidential information with discretion. You will be responsible for Financial Stewardship of our Clients and Vendor Partners. Analysts are equipped with knowledge of billing procedures, vendor reconciliation, accounts receivables as well as develop a knowledge of revenue and its impact to the organization. You show great attention to detail, as well as show consistency and strong communication skills both written and oral. You will work with multiple departments both local and offshore to achieve accurate financial development.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client financial communication and relationships both internally and externally
- Liaison with our agency partners (ex. Shared Services) on Client billing information and distribution requirements
- Manage monthly client budget control reports (BCR) and reports required for proper financial reporting (ex. Authorize)
- Generate specialized ad hoc reports as requested by clients: accruals, brand reporting, ytd spend, aging, PO reporting, incentives, etc.
- Work with clients to resolve their inquiries on billing (spend, receivables, overbilling, etc) quickly to ensure timely cash receipt.
- Assist with discrepancy monitoring and clearances as vendor and/or client deadline dates approach.
- Work with clients on monthly accruals and year-end reconciliation as is requested
- Work on and support all aspects of Accounts Receivables with our Shared Service partners and clients as is needed
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in finance or finance affiliates, experience in the media industry is preferred and an asset
- MS Office skills: Excellent Excel skills required; MediaOcean or SAP knowledge is required; or equivalent media platform
- Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, multi-tasking, and execution skills
- A positive attitude, willingness to be flexible, desire to contribute to team objectives
- Detail-oriented, organized, able to meet deadlines, able to prioritize multiple tasks

The salary range for this position is $45k- 50k per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications.
