This position invites you to bring your advanced skills to a dynamic environment where your insights will be highly valued and your contributions will help shape successful outcomes. • Identify project scope and define detailed requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives. • Create clear and comprehensive functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation. • Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate proposed solutions. • Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations. • Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. • Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: • Advanced proficiency in HR Payroll. • Advanced proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll. • A minimum of 8 of experience in relevant related skills. • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: • Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll • Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Analysis • Intermediate proficiency in Change Management • Beginner proficiency in Data Analytics • Intermediate proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement
