Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical aspects and serving as the main liaison for all related activities. The position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet the project requirements and are delivered efficiently. The engineer actively manages the workflow, addresses challenges as they arise, and ensures that the application architecture aligns with the overall project goals. This role is dynamic and requires adaptability to evolving project needs while maintaining a focus on quality and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application design.
- Ensure the technical architecture supports scalability, security, and maintainability of the software.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems to enhance performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM).
- Strong understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns related to Oracle CC&B.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle CC&B applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Oracle CC&B environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Oracle CC&B with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
