Team Global Express is seeking a professional MC Driver to join our team in Gladstone (Barney Point), QLD. This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering stable employment, excellent benefits, and the chance to be part of a business that keeps Australia moving.

About the Role
Based from our Barney Point Depot, you'll be responsible for completing local and regional deliveries and pick-ups while ensuring freight is transported safely, efficiently, and on time.
This role offers a 6:00 AM start, Monday to Friday, with overtime available as required.
What You'll Be Doing
Safely complete deliveries and pick-ups within scheduled timeframes.
Conduct daily pre-start vehicle inspections and report any defects.
Restrain loads correctly using straps, chains and other approved load restraint equipment.
Operate both manual and automatic MC vehicles.
Follow all Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and road transport legislation.
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with depot operations.
Report hazards, near misses and incidents in accordance with Team Global Express procedures.
Represent Team Global Express professionally while delivering outstanding customer service.
Please note: There is no permanent allocation of trucks for this position.
What You'll Bring
Current MC (Multi Combination) Licence.
Previous MC driving experience (2+ years preferred, but not essential).
Ability to operate both manual and automatic heavy vehicles.
Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.
Understanding of load restraint and vehicle safety requirements.
Reliable, punctual and customer focused.
Ability to work overtime when required.
Current Australian work rights.
