OTCTH: Connecticut Home Offices Remote Location, Remote City, CT, 06032 USAThe Manager, Global Sales Excellence plays a critical role in driving sales effectiveness, process standardization, adoption of commercial tools, and execution of strategic sales initiatives across global markets. This position partners closely with regional sales leaders, operations teams, digital technology organizations, and business stakeholders to improve sales productivity, increase pipeline conversion, and accelerate revenue growth.
The role is responsible for deploying best practices, enabling commercial transformation initiatives, supporting global sales technologies, managing performance measurement frameworks, and driving continuous improvement across the sales organization.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Process Excellence
- Support the development and execution of the Global Sales Excellence strategy.
- Identify, document, and standardize sales processes and best practices across regions.
- Drive initiatives that improve sales productivity, opportunity management, forecasting accuracy, and commercial effectiveness.
- Benchmark commercial performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure sales performance and program effectiveness.
- Analyze commercial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Deliver executive-level insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Track adoption, conversion, productivity, and revenue impact metrics for key initiatives.
- Ensure consistency and governance of global sales reporting standards.
Sales Enablement & Change Management
- Partner with stakeholders to develop training, communications, and change management strategies.
- Support creation of sales playbooks, operating procedures, and learning resources.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities across global and regional organizations.
- Lead communication efforts for major commercial initiatives and deployments.
- Drive organizational readiness for new processes and technologies.
Project & Program Management
- Manage global sales excellence initiatives from planning through execution.
- Develop project plans, milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and status reporting.
- Coordinate activities across regions and functional teams.
- Monitor project performance and escalate risks when necessary.
- Prepare executive summaries, business reviews, and leadership presentations.
- Monitor sales tool utilization, user adoption, and business impact metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, or related field required.
- 5-8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, Commercial Effectiveness, Business Transformation, Management Consulting, or related functions.
- Experience supporting global or multinational organizations.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and change management initiatives.
- Experience with CRM platforms, sales analytics, and commercial technology deployments.
- Strong data analysis and business intelligence experience.

The salary range for this role is $116,000.00-$145,000.00. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
