Job Title: F&B Supervisor
Department: Food & Beverage
Supervision Exercised: Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, Bussers, Food Runners, Line Cooks
Supervision Received: General Manager and Director of Rooms
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Hospitality coursework or certifications preferred.
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of food and beverage experience.
Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
Experience in restaurant, bar, or banquet operations a plus.
Skills and Knowledge
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
Understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and alcohol service regulations.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and team coordination skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and support daily operations of assigned F&B outlet(s).
Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction targets are met.
Monitor dining areas, bar stations, and service flow during peak periods.
Assist with scheduling, breaks, and shift coverage as needed.
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Support inventory, ordering, and restocking processes.
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
