In this role, you will be working as a Project Manager for a client that works in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for running multiple projects ($100M+ range) from start to finish and working directly with clients and internal staff.
This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.
Pay; $100,000-$120,000/Yr.
- Bachelors Degree
- 10+ years of experience in a project management role running multiple projects at a time.
- Experience with projects in the $100M+ range
- Able to work with clients, internal staff, vendors and subcontractors
- Able to handle project schedules and budgets
- MS Project experience
- Knowledge of construction - experience with controlled environment projects (cleanrooms, cold storage, dry storage etc.)
