Manager (Digital Projects)

The selected candidate will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives and ICT projects, contributing to the enhancement of digital services, operational efficiency, and organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital transformation and ICT projects from initiation through to deployment and review.
• Coordinate project planning, implementation, testing, and delivery activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and external suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, scope, and quality requirements.
• Oversee project governance, supplier performance, contractual obligations, and risk management.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support change management initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of digital services, systems, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with ICT standards, information security requirements, and organisational policies.

Key Requirements

• Qualification in ICT, Computer Science, Software Development, Business Computing & Management, or a related field.
• Experience in digital project management, ICT systems implementation, software development, business analysis, or digital transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in both Maltese and English.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
