Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital transformation and ICT projects from initiation through to deployment and review.
- Coordinate project planning, implementation, testing, and delivery activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and external suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, scope, and quality requirements.
- Oversee project governance, supplier performance, contractual obligations, and risk management.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support change management initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement of digital services, systems, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with ICT standards, information security requirements, and organisational policies.
Key Requirements
- Qualification in ICT, Computer Science, Software Development, Business Computing & Management, or a related field.
- Experience in digital project management, ICT systems implementation, software development, business analysis, or digital transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both Maltese and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
