We're looking for hardworking people to help us keep that tradition going at our Willoughby, Ohio facility.
We're hiring a Production & Sanitation Associate for a Monday–Thursday schedule, 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM (10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week). This role splits time between hands-on production work and sanitation duties, keeping our lines running and our facility spotless.
What you'll do:
- Operate and monitor production equipment during assigned shifts
- Perform sanitation and cleaning duties in production areas following food safety standards
- Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and food safety protocols
- Assist with changeovers and equipment cleaning between production runs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift
- Communicate any equipment or quality issues to shift leads
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What we're looking for:
- Ability to work a 10-hour shift, Monday through Thursday
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Willingness to perform both production and sanitation tasks
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience a plus, but not required
