In this full-time onsite production role, you will bring designs to life on t-shirts while learning screenprinting equipment, quality checks, order flow, and team-based production goals. The work is active, steady, and hands-on.

Lakeshirts offers a clear career path with on-the-job training, cross training, career levels, and advancement opportunities. Day-shift team members start at $17 per hour and can earn $25+ per hour as they build skills. High performers can advance, with some moving up in as little as 90 days.

SCHEDULE:

Detroit Lakes, MN | Onsite Full-Time Day Shift | M - F 8am - 4pm Pay | Starting Rate | Day Shift $17

WHAT YOU'LL DO | Learn + Print + Load + Run Equipment + Check Quality

• Review production orders for design, colors, placement, and timing
• Learn to operate screenprinting machines with training and support
• Help set up, load, run, and unload screenprinting production jobs
• Apply ink designs, make small adjustments, and keep production moving
• Check finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Change screens and ink between jobs while learning the process
• Cross train in related production tasks to build skills and support the team
• Work with your team to meet production goals, department standards, and customer expectations
• Follow safety practices and help resolve safety issues in accordance with OSHA standards
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR | Reliable + Team-Oriented + Ready to Learn

• High school education desirable, but not required
• Tablet or computer experience preferred
• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, machine operation, printing, or screenprinting experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work well in a team-focused production environment
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, reliable, responsible, and coachable
• Able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for 8-10 hours a day
• Interest in cross training, career growth, and building a career path with Lakeshirts

Employee must be able to see and hear, read and write, follow direction, handle multiple priorities, and use judgment and reasoning. The role requires standing, walking, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and occasionally lifting or carrying 10-50+ lbs.
