The Opportunity
What You'll Do
Lead Product Support Activities
- Lead cross-functional product support teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate activities across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Development, and Technical Operations.
- Prioritize initiatives that maximize product performance, supply reliability, compliance, and profitability.
- Act as the key Operations contact for assigned products.
Drive Lifecycle Management and Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement initiatives that improve product margins and operational efficiency.
- Support product lifecycle management activities, including geographic expansions and product improvements.
- Lead operational readiness activities for new product introductions and technology transfers.
- Continuously assess opportunities to enhance product competitiveness and business performance.
Deliver Business and Operational Value
- Develop and execute strategic product plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead projects that improve quality, supply chain performance, and manufacturing effectiveness.
- Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and performance metrics.
- Track value delivery through cost savings, operational improvements, and business outcomes.
Ensure Quality and Compliance
- Maintain compliance with GMP requirements and applicable regulatory expectations.
- Contribute to product quality reviews and CMC strategy planning.
- Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to support ongoing product maintenance activities.
- Proactively identify and mitigate operational and compliance risks.
Influence and Lead Across Functions
- Build strong partnerships across internal teams and external manufacturing networks.
- Present recommendations, project updates, and strategic proposals to senior stakeholders.
- Coach and support team members in a matrix environment.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent qualification in a scientific, technical, or engineering discipline.
- Extensive experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and operations environments.
- Experience leading complex programs and projects across multiple functions.
- Knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical quality systems.
- Experience working within product lifecycle management, manufacturing, supply chain, development, or technical operations.
