FAES | Extension AdministrationOSU Extension is seeking a Post Doctoral Scholar to play a lead role in designing, developing, and executing research projects. This role primarily works with OSU Extension Administration and the Learning and Organizational Development (LOD) unit to lead research projects in the areas Extension programming, focusing on measuring the impact, reach, efficiencies, and curriculum effectiveness. The successful candidate will develop detailed research protocols, standard operating procedures, and quality assurance processes.
This position writes technical reports, white papers, journal articles, proposals and other scholarly materials. Develops grant proposals relating to focus of research. Works with supervisor and key faculty to prepare research reports for organizational decision making.
TERM: This position is 3 years with 2 additional years based on funding and performance.

LOCATION: The position is based in the Extension Administration office on the Columbus campus.
