As a Vice President Strategic Growth you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:
- Assess agency performance and recommend solutions to achieve national marketing goals.
- Recruit, interview, and hire effective team members.
- Conduct market assessments to develop strategic growth plans, including expansion and acquisition opportunities.
- Perform direct sales and coach staff to exceed national and agency SOC and revenue expectations.
- Collaborate with sales, training, marketing, operational, and clinical leadership to develop and implement strategic growth plans.
- Facilitate weekly growth meetings with strategic sales team members.
- Review data to ensure accurate reporting and analyze growth, revenue, and profitability trends.
- Participate in annual budget development and establish SOC expectations for staff.
- Ensure appropriate return on investment for sales resources and manage referral development with third-party payors.
- Act as the brand champion and ensure staff understand and articulate differentiators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of strategic accounts.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve contract renewals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and proactive issue resolution.
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements while driving continuous quality improvement.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market opportunities.
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
What is Required?
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related health field.
- Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in sales, marketing, or related field in the health care industry and five (5) years’ supervisory experience.
- Experience in home health or hospice is preferred.
- Must have a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the State.
- 50% travel with some overnight stay.
- Meets all applicable agency policies and procedures related to health screening and required testing.
