Senior Store Technical Service Representative

You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a senior store technical service representative, which we call a senior in-store agent. In this role, you will provide technical support to customers by understanding their needs and creating solutions.

What you’ll do as a senior store technical service representative:

• Support the team lead in recruiting, scheduling, mentoring, and developing the in-store services team

• Create an amazing customer experience

• Assist customers with computer setup, diagnostics, and repairs

• Share your passion for tech and your product knowledge

• Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture

What we’re looking for: 

• Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers 

• 2+ years’ retail experience

• 1+ year’s technical customer service experience

• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment

• A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment

• Excellent communication skills
