In-Home Caregiver

We are currently hiring dependable caregivers to serve clients in Marietta, Roswell, Austell, Powder Springs, Woodstock, and surrounding Cobb County communities.

Our caregivers enjoy personalized client assignments with a variety of shift lengths available, including 4-hour, 6-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts. Work schedules are assigned based on client needs, caregiver availability, and service area coverage.

Compensation

$16.50–$18.50 per hour

Pay rates vary based on the client assignment and the day of the scheduled shift.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one personal care and assistance with daily living activities

• Offer companionship and emotional support to help improve clients' quality of life

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

• Follow each client's individualized care plan and complete required documentation

• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the Sharp Home Care office team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospitals, or a related healthcare setting is preferred

• Reliable transportation with dependable attendance

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional client care
