Maintenance Technician (PLC / Industrial Maintenance)
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and machinery to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.

Training & Schedule
- Training: First 2 weeks, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Post-Training: Transition to night shift schedule
- Overtime may be required based on production needs
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
- Program and troubleshoot PLC systems
- Fabricate and weld components as needed
- Maintain and repair production machinery and automated systems
- Manage and order MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) parts and supplies
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with team members and assist senior technicians as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills
- Knowledge of welding and fabrication
- Familiarity with MRO processes and inventory management
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
