The Raytheon Talent Leadership team delivers the design and execution of strategic talent solutions. We are currently seeking a talented Project Manager to join our Operational Excellence and Strategy team! Our dynamic team partners cross-functionally to identify organizational capabilities and competencies that are mission critical to the current and future success of the company. This individual will directly support the project management of the Operational Excellence and Strategy (OpEx) team within the Raytheon Talent COE. The Raytheon Talent COE includes Organization and Team Effectiveness Solutions, Employee Experience & Onboarding, Leader & All Employee Development Solutions, Talent Management, Executive Development Solutions, and Operational Excellence & Strategy.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptionally strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills. They are energized by mastering the details, driving accountability, and creating structure that helps teams deliver consistently. They excel at turning information into clear, actionable insights, presenting content that enables decisions, and applying operational rigor to keep initiatives moving forward.
This position will be remote.
What You Will Do
- Develop and manage standard processes and implement solutions to advance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Raytheon Talent COE.
- Support the planning and delivery of critical executive-level deliverables to the CHRO, CEO and their peers, including backwards plans, meeting communications, and action/decision tracking.
- Partner with the other Talent COE leaders to support the delivery of ad hoc requests such as talent data analyses, presentation development, and project planning
- Instill strong rigor into the capture, structure, store, and deliver knowledge management framework, including but not limited to tools such as OneNote and SharePoint.
- Utilize the CORE OS to ensure continuous improvement of programs, practices, processes, and tools across the Talent COE, including internal experiences and external benchmarking to keep up with best practices in the industry.
- Be responsible for Talent COE cyclical communications including Town Halls, Offsites and Skip levels.
- Ability to travel up to 15%

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a university degree with 5 years prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting the project management team of HR or talent management efforts.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with detailed projected tracking and reporting across multiple projects simultaneously.
- High-level of emotional intelligence and learning agility that translate to initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness, patience, and the ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment.
- Ability to leverage tools and technology including O365 Suite
- Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE) Apprentice and/or Champion Level Certificate with aspirations of advanced training.

Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
