Full-Time Executive Housekeeper

Full-Time Executive Housekeeper – Silicon Valley, CALocal candidates only!

A private family in Silicon Valley is seeking a detail-oriented, full-time Executive Housekeeper. This is a Monday-Friday role with guaranteed 40 hours per week, focused on general housekeeping, laundry, and simple food prep, along with light requests and coordinating vendors as needed. The family travels frequently, so this role calls for a true self-starter who can work autonomously and knows how to prioritize whether the family is home or away. The family is seeking a candidate who will grow with them over time to eventually step into more of a Household Manager role with light cleaning duties.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized home
• Handle laundry and household organization
• Prepare basic food items as needed
• Coordinate and meet with vendors as needed
• Support deeper cleaning or organization projects during travel periods
• Proactively communicate maintenance needs or anything requiring attention

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in private homes and/or luxury hospitality
• Self-starter, comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to follow specific care instructions
• Professional, discreet, and adaptable
• Willing to undergo a background and reference check
• Local to the San Francisco Bay Area

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, guaranteed 40 hours/week

Compensation: $55+/hour, DOE, plus benefits (paid vacation, sick days, and healthcare)
