Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage plant-level quality strategy for raw material and process quality.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to eliminate quality issues.
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve quality management systems, policies, and procedures.
• Drive supplier quality performance in collaboration with SQE teams, ensuring incoming material compliance.
• Partner with CQE to resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, Six Sigma, RCA).
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry certifications (e.g., ISO).
• Develop and monitor key quality metrics, including defect rates, PPM, and process capability.
• Build and lead a high-performing quality team with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with production, engineering, and supply chain teams.
• Support new product introductions and process changes with robust quality planning and validation.
• Lead internal, supplier, and external audits and drive corrective actions.

 

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing quality management.
• Proven leadership and people management capability.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean, APQP, PPAP, FMEA).
• Experience in supplier quality and cross-functional collaboration (SQE/CQE).
• Data-driven problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong bilingual communication skills (Mandarin and English).
• Solid understanding of production and process quality.

 

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

• Experience in hydraulics or industrial manufacturing.
• Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt.
• Experience with digital quality systems and data analytics tools.
