Corpay is currently looking to hire a Human Resources Manager within our Human Resources department. This position is located in Nagpur, India. This position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across the HR function by leading strategic HR operations initiatives, enhancing workforce analytics, and optimizing HR processes and systems. The ideal candidate is a data-driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving the employee and manager experience through operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
How We Work
As a Human Resource Manager, you will be expected to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and Centers of Excellence. Depending on business needs, this role may operate in a hybrid or onsite work environment.
Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Lead enterprise-wide HR operations initiatives focused on automation, process optimization, workforce data governance, and compliance.
Provide strategic workforce insights and recommendations to HR Business Partners and business leaders through advanced HR analytics and data interpretation.
Oversee the delivery of HR reporting, dashboards, workforce metrics, and workforce planning inputs that support business decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency, scalability, and data accuracy.
Partner with HR leadership on high-impact organizational initiatives, including reorganizations, policy implementation, organizational design, and workforce planning.
Establish and maintain governance processes that ensure HR data integrity, reporting accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation to streamline HR operations and improve service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HRIS, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and IT to support enterprise HR initiatives.
Develop executive-ready reports and presentations that communicate workforce trends, operational performance, and strategic recommendations.
Mentor and develop HR analysts while fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the HR organization.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
7+ years of progressive HR Operations, HR Analytics, HRIS, or Human Resources experience.
Experience leading HR operations, workforce analytics, or shared services functions in a complex, global organization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate workforce data into actionable business insights.
Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and workforce planning models.
Demonstrated knowledge of HR compliance, governance, and HR data management best practices.
Experience driving process improvement, automation, and operational transformation initiatives.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization and influence stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
Experience working with enterprise HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UKG is preferred.
