您将做什么
- 熟悉岗位生产工艺流程，熟悉浸出压滤机、浸出滤液系统、浸出压滤洗水系统、浸出压滤吹扫系统等设备的基本结构与性能。
- 熟悉浸出压滤机、浸出滤液系统、浸出压滤洗水系统、浸出压滤吹扫系统等设备的工况，确保本岗位设备的稳定运行。
- 负责本岗位各设备的操作、巡检及日常基本维护。
- 做好与上、下工序及中控室的沟通协调工作，确保生产稳定运行。
- 严格按照岗位操作规程和操作卡要求执行，发现异常现象及时汇报和解决处理问题。
- 积极参与公司持续改善活动，针对生产过程中发现的安全、工艺、质量及设备等异常情况提出合理化建议。
- 负责本岗位设备及区域卫生5S清洁工作。
- 严格遵守安全规程，认真执行确认制，保证安全生产。
- 做好本岗位的各种记录，完成上级领导交办的其他工作事项。
您所需要满足的：
必要条件
- 全日制大专及以上学历，化学化工、机电一体化、电气工程等相关专业；
- 三年以上大中型制造企业车间现场操作工作经验，化工企业经验优先；
- 有一定的语言和文字表达能力，懂现代化机器设备操作；
