What does Access offer you?
We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.
On top of a competitive salary, our wellbeing days taking you to 25 days leave a year and a health contribution, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.
About you:
As a Consultant Manager, you play a key role in shaping how delivery works across a global team. You’re someone who enjoys bringing structure and clarity, while helping teams deliver great outcomes for customers.
You’re comfortable leading through change and taking ownership of both customer results and commercial performance. You know how to balance people, process and technology to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
You’re also curious about how artificial intelligence (AI) can support smarter, faster delivery, and you’re keen to turn ideas into practical improvements. Most importantly, you care about creating a positive experience for customers and colleagues alike.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Lead the delivery of a global software platform, making sure projects are on time, within scope and create real value for customers.
- Support and develop a distributed team, helping them work consistently across regions, time zones and cultures.
- Improve delivery frameworks and ways of working, moving towards scalable and outcome-focused approaches.
- Work closely with product, sales and customer teams to solve challenges, improve the platform and strengthen the end-to-end customer experience.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience in hospitality technology or similar sectors such as retail, travel or entertainment.
- Familiarity with delivery approaches like Agile, DevOps (combining development and operations) and Design Thinking.
- Experience using AI, automation tools or digital-first approaches to improve delivery or customer outcomes.
- Understanding of integrations, cloud-based platforms and modern software architecture.
