Position Summary
You will manage financial controls, Purchase order oversight, and reporting to support better decision making for R&D services . You will work closely with finance, procurement, and technology partners to ensure accurate financial records and timely insights. Responsibilities:
This role will give you the opportunity to lead key activities and develop your finance career. In this position, you will:

  • Maintain and review financial records, reconciliations, and month-end close activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Prepare clear financial summaries, variance analyses, and management reports for stakeholders, with a focus on purchase orders and invoices.

  • Partner with Procurement and Category teams to validate spend, contracts, and supplier financial data.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring projects with timely data and insights.

  • Help improve financial controls, processes, and documentation to reduce risk and increase efficiency.

Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field

  • Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, or procurement finance

  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with financial systems/ERPs

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English to clearly present financial information

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and consistently meet deadlines

  • Experience with SAP, Oracle or other enterprise financial systems

  • Familiarity with procurement spend analytics, contract finance, or supplier reconciliation

  • Experience building or using dashboards/reports in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools

  • Basic knowledge of data integration or scripting (e.g., SQL, Python) for finance reporting

You will be successful when financial records are accurate, reports are clear and on time, and stakeholders trust your analysis. You will make measurable improvements to controls and reporting. You will help teams make better decisions through clear financial insight.
