Role Overview

Planet is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team.

This role is about much more than filling vacancies. As a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, you will partner closely with stakeholders across Technology, Commercial, Operations, Finance and other functions to shape hiring strategies, advise on talent market realities and support informed workforce decisions.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional hiring outcomes while influencing how we attract, assess and secure talent globally. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, data-driven decision making and the ability to challenge constructively when needed.

As Planet continues its journey as an AI-first company, you will also play a key role in leveraging technology, automation and AI-powered tools to enhance recruitment effectiveness, improve hiring quality and create scalable talent acquisition practices.

You will work collaboratively with hiring managers, HR partners and fellow Talent Acquisition professionals to ensure Planet attracts and hires the talent needed to support its ambitious growth plans.

What You Will Do

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand business goals, workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring lifecycle, providing market intelligence, talent insights and recommendations that support effective decision-making.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and geographies, ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring experience.
• Challenge hiring assumptions where appropriate and guide stakeholders on talent availability, market conditions, assessment approaches and hiring strategy.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent across diverse talent pools.
• Develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Build credible and trusted relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the organisation.
• Use recruiting metrics, market data and talent intelligence to identify trends, measure performance and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Planet's values and employer brand.
• Leverage AI-powered tools, automation and technology to improve sourcing effectiveness, recruiter productivity and hiring quality.
• Identify opportunities to optimise recruitment processes, drive efficiencies and support Planet's AI-first ways of working.
• Contribute to strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives, projects and continuous improvement efforts that enhance recruitment capability across the business.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within an in-house, agency or RPO environment.

• Proven experience recruiting across multiple disciplines, ideally including Technology, Commercial, Operations, Finance or Corporate functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility, influence decisions and establish trusted partnerships.
• Comfortable engaging with managers and senior leaders, providing guidance and challenging constructively when required.
• Experience using talent market data, recruiting analytics and business insights to support hiring decisions.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting talent through a variety of channels and approaches.
• Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively across multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
• Curious and proactive in adopting AI-powered tools and new technologies to improve productivity and recruitment outcomes.
• Experience with ATS platforms; Workday experience is highly desirable.
• Fluent English is required. Additional languages such as French, German or Spanish are advantageous.
