Operations, NeoArc delivery teams

- External: AI/ML platform providers, cloud vendors, system integrators

Position Overview:

The AI Engineer is a hands-on technical role within the Automation & AI Department,

reporting to the AI Section Manager. The role focuses on re-engineering and modernizing

legacy enterprise applications into modular, scalable, and cloud-ready architectures using AI-

assisted development, automation, and modern software engineering practices.

 

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities include:

 

• Analyze legacy enterprise applications and identify modernization opportunities

• Design and implement modular architectures (microservices, APIs, event-driven patterns)

• Use AI and automation tools for code analysis, refactoring, test generation, and migration

• Develop and maintain modern applications using latest cloud and software technologies

• Create proofs-of-concept and support pilot implementations

• Collaborate with architects, platform teams, and business stakeholders

• Document designs, patterns, and implementation standards

 

Mandatory Requirements:

Education:

✓ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

 

Experience/Skill:

✓ 4–8 years of hands-on experience in software development or system engineering

✓ Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks

✓ Understanding of legacy system modernization concepts

✓ Exposure to cloud platforms, containers, and CI/CD pipelines

✓ Interest or experience in AI-assisted development or automation tools
