Overview

• Organize area specific maintenance in the Cold Mill
• Participate in planning maintenance related activities
• Support day to day production activities as required
• Knowledge of TCOS program

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills with an ability to work in a team environment
• Problem solving, multi-tasking abilities, and prioritize work assignments with production needs
• Diagnostics, trouble-shooting, breakdown, preventative and predictive measures.
• Working accurately and efficiently without supervision.
• Mechanical and hydraulic systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical maintenance experience required
• Excellent safety and attendance history.
• Computer skills to include Word, Project, Excel, Autocad
• A strong ability to lead others
• Cold Mill Maintenance experience

               Preferred:

• Machining experience preferred
• Steel Mill construction experience preferredAD
