Dog Walker

We're looking for a Dog Walker to join our crew in Society Hill and Old City.

This is a weekday position, Monday through Friday, typically between 10:00 AM and 4:30 PM. Most days include 8 to 12 walks with established clients who rely on us to provide safe, dependable care for their dogs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and building long-term relationships with both dogs and their people.

What You'll Do

• Complete dog walks Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 4:30 PM
• Safely handle dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities
• Travel between clients' homes throughout the workday
• Write thoughtful visit updates and communicate professionally with clients
• Work comfortably in all types of Philadelphia weather, including heat, rain, and snow
• Participate in paid training and occasional paid staff meetings

What We're Looking For

• Previous dog handling, animal care, or dog walking experience
• Strong written communication skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage a field-based schedule
• Ability to comfortably walk for 5 to 6 hours per day
• Reliable transportation (bike, scooter, motorcycle, or car)
• Availability to commit to the position for at least one year
