About the Role:
We’re seeking energetic and goal-oriented Outbound Sales Representatives to support our partnership, a leading broadband and connectivity provider. In this role, you’ll connect with small and medium-sized businesses, helping them unlock new opportunities through high-speed internet solutions. This is a high-volume outbound sales role focused on prospecting, qualifying, and closing. You’ll be supported with training, tools, and a clear path to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Outbound Prospecting: Make high-volume outbound calls to engage potential business clients.
- • Sales Execution: Qualify leads, present solutions, and close deals efficiently.
- • CRM Management: Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, manage pipeline, and report performance.
- • Customer Engagement: Build rapport and trust with business owners and decision-makers.
- • Performance Driven: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. What We’re Looking For:
- • Outbound Sales Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in outbound sales in call center environments.
- • CRM Proficiency: Comfortable navigating CRM platforms to manage leads and sales activities.
- • Strong Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive verbal skills.
- • Resilience & Drive: Motivated by goals and eager to succeed in a fast-paced setting.
- • Adaptability: Able to adjust to changing priorities and customer needs
Requirements:
- 3 CXC subjects including English Language or 2 CXC subjects and City & Guilds Level 3 English
- Work experience is a plus but not required
- Exemplary Attendance Records with Previous Employers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and other computer-based systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent typing skills
