Description
岗位职责 Responsibilities：
- Handle full-cycle order processing, including order placement, delivery tracking, and RMA procedures
负责采购订单的全流程处理，包括下单、跟进物流进度及退货授权（RMA）流程
- Follow up on purchasing matters and coordinate with departments such as QC and Accounting to ensure smooth operations
跟进采购相关事务，协调质检、财务等部门，确保采购流程顺畅
- Perform system operations to maintain data accuracy and improve purchasing efficiency
执行采购系统相关操作，确保数据准确，提升整体采购效率
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
完成上级安排的其他临时性工作
任职要求 Requirements：
- College degree or above, any major
大专或以上学历，专业不限
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
至少具备1至2年相关工作经验
- Proficient in Chinese word processing and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
熟练使用办公软件及中文输入法，具备良好的Word、Excel、PowerPoint操作能力
- Strong command of both Chinese and English for documentation and communication
具备良好的中英文沟通能力，能胜任中英文采购文件处理
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong interpersonal and coordination skills
工作细致认真，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力
- Able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
