The Position

Role Purpose

As the Planning and Logistics Partner, you will work together with the Supply Chain Lead to manage the availability of supply of goods in the Malaysia market, logistics operation, inventory management and material master maintenance.

You will analyze and challenge their inputs to ensure sufficient inventory in Malaysia market, while balancing write-off levels error-free and ensure smooth process from importation all the way to the custom clearance of goods into our designated warehouse.

You demonstrate personal purpose around improving the healthcare ecosystem thinking from an enterprise level, beyond boundaries and borders, to bring the best possible outcomes to health environment; creating better health outcomes for more patients faster, and by bringing a strong entrepreneurial mentality with outstanding partnering capabilities.

In this role, you will

• Support the Supply Chain lead in various topics to ensure confidence in RDMY Supply Chain function.
• Drive S&OP meetings with Sales and Marketing to understand demand and forecasts of the market.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing for demand forecasting.
• Manage operations for inter-company purchases & order placement.
• Manage and monitor the performance of 4PL and forwarding agent.
• Manage the import and custom clearance operation ensuring all goods arrive at the warehouses without delay.
• Manage instruments and spare parts warehouse operation and deliveries.
• Material master and install base record creation and maintenance.
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor EDI process for goods receiving and material movement by 4PL.
• Work together with internal RA/QA team to maintain Global quality standards for operations.
• Identify process gaps and improvements to be implemented to improve the financial health of the company.
• Support and implement Global tools/projects.

Any other tasks or projects assigned from time to time.
