Overview
Furnish comprehensive client care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and company policies. Provide 1:1 client care in homes for 1-3 hours per visit, including medication administration, physical and psychological care, and client/family education. Assess symptoms, maintain clinical records, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams. Position requires travel to client homes with heavy lifting requirements. Full-time Monday-Friday with on-call rotation.
