EA Talent Solutions has been engaged by our client, a Top 50 professional services and wealth management firm, who is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the CIO, this role is responsible for the day-to-day support of information systems delivering core business functions, while also contributing to strategic technology planning and security initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth technical operations across all firm platforms and information systems
• Maintain documentation of procedures, operations, and configurations
• Implement features to maximize value and user experience across platforms
• Identify and maintain awareness of security concerns; enforce IT policies firm-wide
• Collaborate with managed service provider for help desk and day-to-day support
• Prioritize and manage both ongoing IT projects and daily support needs
• Translate business needs into effective information systems solutions
• Educate staff on technology and its strategic use
• Stay current on fintech trends and implement new tools to improve efficiency
• Provide technical guidance and support to the operations team
• Contribute to budget planning and technology strategy as requested
• Travel to remote offices and industry events as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• 3+ years of experience with financial technology supporting financial advisors
• Proficiency with Microsoft cloud technologies including Entra ID, AutoPilot, Intune, and the Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Understanding of Meraki Networks and VPN technologies
• Proven track record of successfully executing technology projects
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated managerial and mentoring abilities
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful problem solver
• Passion for technology and eagerness to explore emerging tools

Compensation: This role is expected to pay between $120,000 – $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
