Housekeeper (Part Time)

Location: Kingston, Jamaica
Employment Type: Part Time
Work Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
Working Hours: Approximately 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Flexible)
Compensation: JMD $6,000 per day

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and detail oriented Housekeeper to support the smooth running of a private household in Kingston. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized home environment and assisting with basic household duties, including cleaning, ironing, and meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• General housekeeping and cleaning of all living areas
• Dusting and maintaining furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing designated areas
• Washing and ironing clothing and household linens
• Preparing simple meals as required
• Maintaining a neat and organized kitchen and household environment
• Ensuring cleaning supplies are properly stored and notifying the employer when supplies are running low
• Performing other reasonable household duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to cook simple, home style meals
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional and respectful attitude
• Must be legally authorized to work in Jamaica
