As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Helion, you'll design, implement, and optimize production processes for in-house capacitors. You'll collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, and Test Operations teams to directly influence the commissioning timeline for Helion's first power plant. Your responsibilities include designing rate-based assembly processes, managing interdisciplinary projects to increase throughput, developing business processes for high-volume production, and identifying process improvements through data analysis. The role requires 8+ years of technical experience in high-volume manufacturing, hands-on engineering skills, and the ability to communicate and influence across organizational lines. This is an onsite position in Everett, WA.
