Overview
As a Housekeeper at Siegel Suites and Select, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of assigned sections including occupied rooms, vacant rooms, common areas, and turnover units. Your duties include monitoring room safety for guests, ensuring proper labeling and organization of housekeeping supplies, performing carpet shampooing and deep cleaning as required, and meeting timeliness standards for room completion. You'll maintain logs of completed rooms, prepare closing procedures for the next day, and ensure all cleaning carts are properly stocked and organized. The role requires continuous standing and walking throughout shifts, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds, and constant face-to-face customer interactions. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 6 months of housekeeping experience preferred.
