Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic B (2nd. Shift) to join our team!

Maintenance Mechanic B Role Overview
Oversees and performs repairs on production facility equipment.
D Shift- 6:00pm- 6:00am with 10% Shift Differential
$5,000.00- Sign On Bonus
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Performs mechanical preventative and repair maintenance on all production equipment following written work order scheduling and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve issues related to the DC equipment and controls.
- Understand and troubleshoot any issues related to the electrical phases systems.
- Perform equipment installation and welding.
- Records work done on forms provided.
- Follows OSHA and company safety guidelines.
- Identifies parts needed and maintains an inventory of parts in the stockroom.
- Performs equipment changeovers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and three (3) years industrial maintenance experience.
- One (1) to three (3) years PLC troubleshooting experience: Allen Bradley preferred
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience with electrical – such as Three Phase.
- Maintenance troubleshooting experience.
- Three (3) years of Manufacturing Maintenance experience.
- One (1) to two (2) years’ experience with pneumatics.
- Knowledge of Fabricating, Electrical, Pneumatics, Welding and Rigging.
- Must be able to troubleshoot equipment problems.
- Fluent Troubleshooting Techniques.
- Good Machine Shop skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
