Description
• Pay: $25-$30 an hour depending on experience

• Location: Snoqualmie, WA (Convenient to North Bend, Issaquah, Maple Valley, Covington, Fall City, and surrounding Eastside Seattle areas)

• Schedule: This is a full time, up to 36 hours per week, Tuesday-Friday role with shifts typically running between 7:30am, and 4:30pm

• Washington State Dental Assistant Registration (Preferred)
• 1+ years of dental assisting experience
• CPR and WISHA certification (Preferred)
• Experience working with children (Preferred)
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with patients, parents, and clinic staff
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background and professional references check
• Preparing patients for treatment and ensuring a comfortable experience
• Assisting with fillings, stainless steel crowns, extractions, and other pediatric procedures
• Performing coronal polishing (prophies), fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Taking digital x-rays and dental impressions
• Sterilizing instruments and disinfecting operatories
• Assisting with four handed and six handed dentistry
• Educating parents and patients on oral hygiene and post-op care
• Charting treatment notes accurately and managing documentation
• Supporting infection control and inventory management
• Collaborating with a positive, patient centered team
