Key Responsibilities
Execute daily fund administration services and activities including subscription redemption, fund transfer and RSP.
Provide efficient and effective account opening and data changing services to clients.
Prepare & provide the services reports such as trade confirmations and statements on a regular basis.
Provides an operational service to the department (e.g., resolves client inquiries, manages schedule of reporting deliverables and ensures all compliance requirements are met).
Actively provide support in completing projects and assignments under supervisor’s direction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related fields
Minimum of 2 years in financial industry and Transfer Agency experience preferred
SITE/SICE related License required
General knowledge & understanding of mutual fund business
Ability to work under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills; team player
