Senior Specialist Sales Operations

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

1\. Process sample requests from customers, verify sample stock availability, confirm sample pricing in collaboration with the Product Line (PL) or Sales Manager, and manage sample tracking and reporting to ensure timely updates to customers.

2\. Support sales requestors and act as quality gate for software & service order request to Order Evaluation (OE) team.

3\. Ensure availability and compliance of contracts and other supporting documents before place service order requests to correct regional OE team.

4\. Export control check (every 6 months per Ship To), check export control status upon new customer application.

5\. Investigate price discrepancies and initiate credit/debit memo requests as necessary for Order Evaluation Team approval and release and update the Regional Team/Credit and Collections Team accordingly.

6\. Quote handling and coordination.

7\. PCN notice to customers; maintain customer contacts and update customer feedback in PCN Tool; PCN/PD/INF/ERR coordination and request PCN supporting doc/info (QTR, CIPs).Respond on product information request including standardization.

8\. Cooperate with other division’s Internal Sales and enhance sales operational effectiveness.

9\. Respond, update and/or follow up on MS Dynamic cases to closure.

10\. Analyze and research Leads (opportunities for purchase) prior to recommending next steps to account managers.

This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

1\. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields.

2\. Demonstrates exceptional customer and sales support skills, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.

3\. Proactively contributes to management by providing insights for process improvements and defining plans for operational efficiency.

4\. Primarily operates as an individual contributor, capable of making independent decisions and taking ownership of responsibilities.

5\. Acts as a dependable and accountable resource, with comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices, as well as company policies and procedures.

6\. Effectively resolves complex and dynamic problems by developing innovative and creative solutions.

7\. Requires minimal supervision from the direct manager for routine tasks and works independently on new projects or assignments with general guidance.

8\. Skilled in negotiation, consistently striving for mutually beneficial outcomes while maintaining the best interests of all parties, even in ambiguous situations.

9\. Displays a strong commitment to understanding customers, continuously seeking information to better identify and address their actual and perceived needs.
