- Job obiective:
Provides technical support for BESS offers, energy efficiency, backup power, energy management; coordinates, prepares offers, and monitors sales contracts in accordance with the company's sales policy.
- Main Responsibilities:
1. Participates in identifying and leveraging market potential – existing customers (EPC projects) and potential customers interested in energy storage solutions;
2. Provides technical support in the correct preparation of sales and maintenance offers, if applicable, and sends them to customers or potential customers;
3. Ensures correct technical negotiation of contracts with potential customers, prepares accurate analysis of each sales and maintenance project, if applicable;
4. Participates in identifying target customers and companies with which advantageous contracts can be concluded;
5. Consolidates/increases the number of existing customers and acquires new customers;
6. Responds to any questions about products and knows technical details;
7. Receives requests for offers from customers;
8. Prepares and sends offers – general or product-specific;
9. Monitors the progress of offers and orders to customers;
10. Analyzes requests received from new customers (e.g., battery storage requests, spare parts, service);
11. Participates in preparing and proposing/presenting appropriate offers to the Commercial Director;
12. Participates in setting prices, discounts, and commissions granted;
13. Provides general marketing and technical support to customers. Presents and promotes the advantages of BESS systems for various applications: energy efficiency, backup power, energy management;
14. Initiates, generates, and receives orders from customers;
15. Supports and participates in various activities of the engine supplier (exhibitions, presentations, demonstrations, specialized training);
16. Prepares offers, summaries, and any other materials necessary for activity or requested by management;
17. Verifies customer complaints and takes measures to resolve them;
18. Understands and ensures the circulation (within the company and to customers) of technical information and technical or commercial modifications;
19. Monitors competition and gathers market information;
20. Places orders to suppliers and monitors their progress;
21. Negotiates, concludes, and ensures the execution of contracts and commercial agreements;
22. Provides technical and commercial assistance to customers and potential customers;
Responsible for creating and maintaining personalized and stable 1. relationships with customers;
23. Proposes, initiates, and participates in various internal company projects as a member or project leader;
24. Responsible for concluding contracts from initiation to signing by the contracting parties;
25. Monitors the internal verification of contracts by the departments involved within CLARKE ENERGY ROMANIA and the communication of these departments with the external contract partner; acts as liaison between the partner and CLARKE ENERGY ROMANIA until contract signing;
26. Submits finalized contracts signed by both parties to the legal department for archiving and to the technical department for implementation;
