Your Impact

The Operational Support Coordinator serves as the liaison between Operations, Administration, and customers for Generator SoCal billing issues. This role supports daily operational activities by assisting with work review, billing support, scheduling, payroll audits, and process improvement efforts to help ensure workflows are completed efficiently.

Core Responsibilities 

  • Review jobs to ensure they are in the appropriate status within Insite for billing and reporting purposes.

  • Review rejected DWRs and support resolution efforts.

  • Collaborate with the Service Coordinator Delivery team to ensure vendor portals are updated with current job statuses.

  • Support scheduling needs as required.

  • Conduct weekly payroll audits to ensure DWRs are submitted.

Billing

  • Support quoting needs.

  • Partner with Managers to review and resolve billing-related questions.

  • Ensure materials are captured accurately and at the appropriate amounts.

Process Improvements

  • Develop and implement procedures to help keep Insite updated.

  • Partner with customers on process improvement initiatives.

General Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and internal personnel.

  • Work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.

Base Pay Range
$20$30 USD
