We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Travel Consultant – Hotel Operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, a deep understanding of hotel operations and excellent customer service skills. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals.

The Travel Consultant – Hotel Operations is responsible for managing day-to-day hotel accommodation bookings for corporate travelers, seafarers, executives, and VIP/CIP travelers. The role ensures timely, accurate, and cost-effective hotel arrangements while delivering excellent customer service and complying with company policies and set processes.

 

The position is responsible for performing the following activities

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

• Manage end-to-end hotel booking requests and ensure timely confirmations
• Source suitable accommodation options based on traveler requirements and company guidelines for offline queries
• Coordinate with hotels and suppliers for reservations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests
• Provide support for urgent booking changes and accommodation-related issues
• Maintain accurate booking records and documentation
• Monitor booking deadlines, room availability, and reservation status
• Respond to traveler and stakeholder queries in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and approved budgets
• Assist in preparing operational reports and booking statistics
• Build and maintain good relationships with hotel partners and accommodation providers

Mandatory Requirements

• Graduate in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or similar field is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in hotel reservations, travel operations, or hospitality services
• Good knowledge of hotel booking processes and accommodation management
• Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking/reservation systems
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and work under tight timelines
