Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:
Specialist Finance in Accounts Receivable team
Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Incoming payment allocation to customer accounts.
Bank clearing related balance sheet account monitoring and reconciliation.
Collaboration with Business units.
Serving customer (internal and external) queries related to payments and their postings.
Period closing related tasks.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Participation in improvement projects.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (or last year student).
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
Familiarity with financial accounting statements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English (both verbal and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe.
Experience with ERP (SAP, JDE experience will be considered as an advantage).
Precise, analytical, organized, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant personality.
Self-motivated, positive, good team player.
