Responsibilities

The Provider Enrollment Specialist is responsible for coordinating all activities related to the enrollment of health care providers. This role assists with the completion of enrollment applications and revalidations, performs follow-up on enrollments, and maintains records. Additionally, the specialist conducts roster audits and plan validations, ensuring accurate provider information in the network. This position requires an extremely detail-oriented and resourceful individual who enjoys working with people and tackling new projects. This role will work within a highly collaborative team environment, effectively juggling multiple projects, ensuring follow-through, and protecting confidential information.

Qualifications

Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required Experience• 2 years of administrative, data entry, or relevant experience required• Experience working with provider enrollment and/or credentialing preferred
