- Experience translating business challenges into practical AI, automation or technology solutions, taking initiatives from concept through to adoption and ongoing improvement.
- Practical experience with AI technologies such as large language models, AI agents, copilots, workflow automation and enterprise AI platforms.
- Ability to work effectively across technical and non technical stakeholder groups, influencing decisions and building alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments, bringing structure, prioritisation and practical solutions to emerging opportunities and challenges.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, security, risk and responsible AI principles.
- Experience evaluating opportunities, balancing innovation with business value and ensuring solutions deliver meaningful outcomes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Solution Architecture, Engineering, Product Management, Technology Consulting, Business Transformation or a related discipline.
- Experience implementing AI solutions within a regulated, financial services or B2B SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform or related technologies.
- Experience establishing AI frameworks, standards, governance models or adoption programmes.
