We are searching for the best talent for Marketing Assistant to be in Shefayim.

• Provide general administrative support to Commercial teams, including back office support regarding national and International event coordinating logistics.

• Maintain organized filing systems and databases.

• Organize and assist in event planning and coordination, including workshops, conferences, and internal meetings-

  Support cross functional teams and business needs

  communicate directly with 3rd party vendors, negotiating terms and conditions

  Support post event records management according to J&J policies

• Manage and monitor tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, compliance records, contracts and budget monitoring when required.

• Provide support for marketing projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to improved efficiencies and processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Marketing / Commercial Orientation

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
