• Análisis y solución de problemas.
• Interpretación de Diagramas  eléctricos, neumáticos e hidráulicos.
• Conocimiento de TPM, Drives SEW, Power Flex, Rexroth, Sinamics básico, 5S, Control eléctrico.
• Normas de calidad ISO-900, QS-9000 Y VDA 6.1
• Redes de comunicación .
• Capaz de operar el equipo de cómputo (Sistema operativo Windows y herramientas de Microsoft Office).
• Habilidad para desarrollo de personal a su cargo.
• Capaz de asignar tareas necesarias para la ejecución de programas y
• cumplir con objetivos definidos.
• Disponibilidad para trabajo bajo presión y actividades criticas del área.
• Conocimiento de Herramientas y Materiales para reparación de fallos.
