Resident Services Associate

Galloway Ridge is an upscale continuing care retirement community offering top-quality care in a warm, welcoming environment. We are looking for a customer service focused and compassionate Resident Services Associate to join our team. The Resident Services Associate is responsible for day-to-day room set up and breakdown, assist in resident pet care, delivering packages to residents, will answer incoming calls, and will assist the Concierge Manager when needed. The ideal candidate will be open to being flexible with their schedule and working weekends and holidays. They must have the ability to work independently and have problem solving skills.  

This will be a full-time position from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. You must be able to work weekends and holidays. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Resident Focused Responsibilities:  Setting up and tearing down meeting rooms, delivery of weekday packages to resident apartments as well as the Villas, assist in pet care including dog walking, litter box changing and plant watering, assist the Concierge Manager with activities throughout campus, and maintaining a high level of services for residents and their guests.
• Administrative Responsibilities: Keep inventory of banquet supplies, assist in cleaning and organization of the back office, auditorium, and all meeting rooms. Communicate with Concierge staff and Security. Assist Concierge with phones and greeting   residents during peak volume hours
• All other duties assigned include, but not limited to, enhancing the Resident Experience. 

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Able to work closely with others as well as independently. 
• Able to multi-task
